Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DSPRS, you agree to these Terms of Service. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and Refund Policy. If you use DSPRS on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

DSPRS is an AI-powered event photo platform. Organizers and photographers upload event photos; guests submit a selfie to find and download the photos they appear in, using facial-recognition matching. Paid plans and add-ons unlock additional storage, event capacity, and features.

Subject to these terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use DSPRS for both personal and commercial purposes, including running events, operating a photography or events business, and delivering photos to your guests and clients.

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, or white-label the service except under a written agreement with us;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our source code or models;
• upload content you don’t have the rights to, or use the service to break the law;
• upload images of people, or run face matching on them, without the consent required by law;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent the security or limits of the service.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, match, and deliver that content to run the service for you (for example, storing images and generating face matches).

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the photos you upload and the people in them, and for how you share galleries you create.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Respect the privacy and rights of the people in the photos you handle.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled, as described in our Subscription Terms. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time from the Plans page.

DSPRS, including its software, models, branding, and original content, belongs to DSPRS and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t transfer any ownership of the service to you.

You can stop using DSPRS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Where the cause is within your control and it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll give notice and a chance to fix it.

Facial recognition is probabilistic and the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect matching. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSPRS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
