01Scope

DSPRS is operated by DSPRS in Arab Republic of Egypt. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the rights below reflect the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We also handle personal data in line with the data-protection law of Egypt. This page works together with our Privacy Policy.

02Your rights

  • Access: get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: delete your data, including your face signature.
  • Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
  • Restriction & objection: limit or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing relies on your consent, withdraw it at any time.

03Face data & consent

Face signatures are biometric data. We process them to match you to photos within events you choose to join, based on your decision to submit a selfie, and you can delete them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how face matching works.

04What we process & why

  • Account and contact details: to provide and secure the service.
  • Photos and selfies: to deliver photo matching and galleries.
  • Usage and device data: to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Payment data via Paymob: to process paid plans and add-ons.

05How to exercise your rights

Use the controls in your account, or contact our data-protection contact at dpo@dsprs.com. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We do not claim any formal certification or audit (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001). We describe the protections we actually apply on our Security page.
