Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid DSPRS plans and add-ons purchased through our website. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. By subscribing you agree to all of them.

Each plan is offered on a monthly or yearly cycle. You pay in advance for the full cycle, and your storage limit, event capacity, and included features are available immediately for that period.

All prices are shown and charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The exact amount and cycle are displayed at checkout before you confirm. Where applicable, taxes such as VAT are included or shown at checkout.

By subscribing you authorize DSPRS, through our payment provider Paymob, to charge your saved card for each renewal without further action from you. You can see your next renewal date any time on the Plans & subscription page.

If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal, never retroactively.

To enable renewals, your card is securely tokenized by Paymob and the token is encrypted on our servers. We never store your full card number, expiry, or security code. You can remove your saved card at any time from the Plans page. This turns off auto-renew.

You are in control. To cancel, on the Plans & subscription page turn off auto-renew by removing your saved card. No email, phone call, or approval is required.

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You will not be charged again after you cancel.
• At the end of the period your account moves to the free tier; see the Refund Policy for how already-paid time is treated.

If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired or insufficient card), your plan enters a short grace period during which your access continues and we prompt you to update payment or renew manually.

If payment is still not completed by the end of the grace period, the subscription expires and your account returns to the free tier. Your stored content is retained for a reasonable period so you can resubscribe without losing it; see our Privacy Policy for data-retention details.

You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; we credit the unused value of your current plan toward the new one, so you only pay the prorated difference, shown to you before you confirm.

Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep the higher plan for the time you have already paid for. Storage and feature add-ons are applied on purchase and stack on top of your plan.

We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment, for breach of our Terms of Service, or where required by law. Where the cause is within your control, we will give notice and a chance to fix it whenever it is reasonable to do so.
